Be advised that in purchasing from this Seller it may take up to 2 weeks for them to send the item. This wasn’t a speedy process, to say the least. And, they don’t respond to emails that you send them.
I bought the Vanilla version on a recommendation from a friend. Wow, was I glad I did! The carbs are low, the sugars are low, the protein content is high and the taste is EXCELLENT!!! I have tried many other powders, and the taste is wierd. You get a strange, fake, aftertaste and gritty to boot. You can mix this with water, or milk. You can add whatever you want to it, and it tastes great! This protein powder is also filled with a complete mix of nutrients.
This is the only protein powder I buy now. I am on my 5th container of it.
